Gie\u00dfen Sie das Mehl unter R\u00fchren mit einem Holzl\u00f6ffel ein, bis Sie einen weichen Teig erhalten. W\u00e4hrenddessen viel Sonnenblumen\u00f6l in einer Eisenpfanne erhitzen, w\u00e4hrend es dampft, den Teig einf\u00fcllen: Den Teig spiralf\u00f6rmig durch den Schnabel eines Trichters flie\u00dfen lassen, um die f\u00fcr &#8222;Fortaes&#8220; charakteristische Spiralform zu erhalten. Die frittierten Kuchen auf beiden Seiten anbraten und gut abtropfen lassen.
