Terms and Conditions – Summer
Prices are meant per person, per day in half-board: buffet breakfast, afternoon snack buffet at the bar, and à la carte dinner; drinks and other extras not included.
- B&B: -20,00 € per person per day
- Extra beds: -40% for kids up to 12 years, – 20% for adults
- Babies up to 2 years old € 35,00 per day, half board and babycot included, restaurant is not open for lunch
- Double room as a single use: + 30%
- Pets admitted on request, € 20,00 per day (food excluded)
- Short stay (under 7 days) +10-20%
Half board rates include:
- continental and Italian breakfast with home made cakes, yogurt, cereal, cold cuts, fresh fruit, juices, eggs,
- afternoon snack buffet (3.30 to 5.30pm) at the bar
- à la carte menu with starter, 3 first dishes (pasta, soup, typical Italian dishes), 3 second dishes (meat, fish, eggs, cheese) and vegetables. Home made desserts.

SPECIAL OFFERS:
- Weekly stays from Saturday or Sunday –5% (excluded weeks F and special offer weeks)
- 7=8: Stay 8 days and pay 7, checking in on Friday or checking out on Sunday
EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT: -5% for reservation until 30/04
CANCELLATION POLICY
STANDARD RATE:
Reservation: rooms are confirmed only after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay
The deposit is paid as guarantee and not as advance. By paying the deposit you accept all conditions mentioned below. The deposit will be refunded at the final payment of all the services booked.
Cancellation: for cancellations within 7 days before the arrival date the hotel will issue a voucher for the total amount of the deposit that can be used for a similar stay (number of nights and total amount) within 180 days. For cancellation starting from 6 days before arrival no refund or voucher possible
Early departure/late arrival: no refund will be made for early departure or late arrival or any changes of the reservation
NOT REFUNDABLE RATE:
Not refundable rate is a special rate with 5% discount on the regular price
Reservation: rooms are confirmed only after pre – payment of 100% of the stay.
Cancellation: with NOT refundable rate there is no cancellation or change possibility. No voucher will be issued.
