Winter terms and conditions 2021-2022

Prices are meant in Euro, drinks and other extras not included.

Third andfourth bed: -40% for kids up to 12 years of age, -20% for adults
Family package: 2 + 2 (kids up to 12 years of age -50%) = 3 adult fees.

Double as single use +30%

Babies up to 2 years of age € 30,00 per day half board included.
Bed and breakfast: -20,00 € per day/person.
Short stays +10 / +30% extra charge.
Free admittance to Lythrum Spa and Swimmingpool

Dogs and animals admitted ON REQUESTat the cost of Euro 15,00 per day (food excluded)

Tourist tax: €2,50 per day/person, from 14 y.o.

SPECIAL OFFERS:

  • DolomitiSuperPremiére 3=4: one day (out of 4) is free (for hotel and skipass) from 03 to 21/12
  • Dolomiti Super Sun 7=6: one day out of 7 is free (for hotel and skipass) from 19/03

CANCELLATION POLICY

STANDARD RATE:
Reservation: rooms are confirmed only after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay
The deposit is paid as guarantee and not as advance. By paying the deposit you accept all conditions mentioned below. The deposit will be refunded at the final payment of all the services booked.

Cancellation: for cancellations within 7 days before the arrival date the hotel will issue a voucher for the total amount of the deposit that can be used for a similar stay (number of nights and total amount) within 365 days. For cancellation starting from 6 days before arrival no refund or voucher possible

Early departure/late arrival: no refund will be made for early departure or late arrival or any changes of the reservation

NOT REFUNDABLE RATE:
Not refundable rate is a special rate with 7% discount on the regular price
Reservation: rooms are confirmed only after pre – payment of 100% of the stay.

Cancellation: with NOT refundable rate there is no cancellation or change possibility. No voucher will be issued.

For all deposits/pre-payments the hotel will issue a regular invoice that cannot be cancelled

COVID19 SPECIAL POLICY: in case of international lockdown, regional or national travel restriction or ban we will issue deposit voucher also for last minute cancellation. This policy is valid only for standard rate (not for the NR rate) and only in case of restrictions confirmed by law.
