Cheese Canederli noodles

Ingredients for 4 people)
- stale bread
- 1 egg
- tasty local cheese (Cher de Fascia or Puzzone di Moena)
- amalgam butter vegetable nut
- head cabbage
Dice the bread. Beat the egg with the milk and a pinch of salt and pour the mixture over the bread, leaving it to soften. Dice the cheese and chop the chives; add everything to the bread mixture. Knead and add enough flour to obtain an amalgam solid enough to form the “balls”. Boil the water with the broth in a large saucepan. Form “balls” of about 5 cm in diameter and dip them one by one in the broth to boil. Cook them over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
Separately, cut the cabbage into a very thin knife and season with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in advance (they will become very soft)
Melt the butter over a low heat until it turns golden. With the butter season the dumplings and eat them with a side of cabbage.
